Marica Nobile appointed as the Director of Assobiotec, the Italian Association for the Development of Biotechnology, within Federchimica, the Italian Federation of Chemical Industry, starting from November. President Fabrizio Greco and the association’s governing bodies welcome her, wishing her a good start and a similarly positive continuation of her journey.

Nobile: institutional affairs expert with international background

With a degree in Political Science, Nobile earned a Ph.D. in Political Theory from the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. An expert in institutional affairs, she boasts a solid international background and extensive experience in managing relationships with governments, public and private institutions, and businesses, both in Italy and abroad. After 10 years at Confindustria, where she held the position of Area Manager for Africa and the Middle East first, and then Senior Advisor for EU International Cooperation, she became Director of Institutional and International Relations at the Trevi Group, an Italian company that leads in underground engineering and Oil & Gas. Before accepting the position of Director at Assobiotec, she was Senior Manager for Stakeholder and Association Relations at CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Head of Institutional Relations and Public Affairs at Human Technopole. In 2022, Forbes Italy included her among the 100 female figures who have contributed most to the growth of key sectors for the country.
