Fiorenza Lipparini is co-founder and managing partner of PlusValue, a strategic advisory firm working side by side with private and public stakeholders that want to generate profit by driving the green, digital and social transition. Fiorenza has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of social impact and impact finance.
She has been collaborating as an expert for the European Commission on social innovation, digital and impact finance, and innovation districts. She worked in Italy and the UK on large urban regeneration projects, especially involving publicprivate partnerships.
The most notable project is MIND – Milano Innovation District, developed by the multinational Lendlease and for which she developed the scientific innovation strategy and still manages a vast national and international network of stakeholders.
Currently, she leads the TFactor Project, a pilot at the largest innovation districts on Life Science and Dep Tech in Italy, MIND-Milan Innovation District.
Among other positions, she is Vice President at the Global Institute for Innovation Districts (GIID), Advisor for the Social Innovation Fund promoted by the Department of Public Function of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Italy since 2020, and Research Fellow at the University College London (UCL) – Institute of Finance and Technology, since 2019.
Fiorenza has a PhD in Linguistics and a degree in Humanities from the University of Trento.
