Fabrizio Greco is the Chief Executive Officer of AbbVie Italia and the President of the National Association for the Development of Biotechnology, for the period 2022-2025. Greco, who currently also holds the position of Chairman of the IAPG, the Italian American Pharmaceutical Group, previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Pharmaceutical Products of Abbott Italia, after having been CEO of Abbott Vascular Italia.
He also worked in Guidant until becoming General Manager of the Portuguese affiliate and began his career in Eli Lilly Italy after graduating in Engineering at the University of Genoa and a second level Master’s degree in Business Administration at Bocconi.
